Clearly a lot of care is put into the experience by the employees.The courtyard pool is very nice, has music (not too loud), and good communal vibes; we enjoyed hanging out there. Also, the fitness center, while small, has an all-in-1 type machine that actually allowed me to do most of my normal workout (I'm a gym rat).All in all, very highly recommended, definitely would stay here again.

I am a VERY picky person with really great taste. I am also an actor who travels a TON so I know a winner when I stay at one.I also dont like being around unkind or miserable humans. So when I met Danny (the GM), Emily, Sage, Avery and Kaleb I was blown away at how warm and professional and kind and accommodating each of them were. I cannot say enough great things about the people who work here.This hotel is SUPER clean and the rooms are HUGE even compared to other high end suites I have stayed at. This hotel overperforms in so many ways. Full kitchens and washer dryer IN ROOM was the icing on the cake.The grounds are very well kept and the pool and hot tub courtyard was such a peaceful and pleasant place to chill and enjoy the great vibes.The other guests also seemed very friendly and happy with their rooms and their stay and their choice to come back to Tempe Oasis.The word cozy is word I would use to describe my experience here. Don't even get me started on the games room, gym and the abundance of snacks!Such a great find. We are more than happy to come back here and enjoy this special place in AZ.

Any issues I was having not only were they more than willing to accommodate me and help me out, but they did it with a smile on there face and made it seem like the problem was the only concern they had at that moment. The night I checked in the lovely Taylor at the front desk Was more than willing to help me with my situation and go above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my room and pay my deposit even though I was running late I wasn’t sure I was even gonna make it in time to be able to pay the deposit. I can’t tell you how many times I called to ask different questions and to make sure it was still OK and every time I called she didn’t get mad. She didn’t get upset. She was more than willing to help me with every call. The next morning, I was not at the room. I was about 30 minutes away. I had called and asked if I could pay Over the phone like I did the night before they said I couldn’t however that they would go ahead and wait and hold my room until I was able to come back and bring my photo ID and my debit card into the front desk To pay for my room they also told me a little secret that they do price matching and that if I found another third-party website that has the room for cheaper that they would price match that so I wouldn’t have to pay the price that they said it was gonna be because it was an extra $40 onto what I was originally paying the night before. Ryder, Rosa and Emily were more than outstanding trying to help me and accommodate me and make sure that my state was as good as it could be even giving me a 15% discount when they didn’t have to. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the best staff I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The rooms are immaculate and very beautiful. The outside landscaping matches. The interior of the rooms was how beautiful it is not to mention the hot tub in the Jacuzzi with Crystal Clearwater I regret not coming here sooner. I will most definitely be back.

The Oasis … More has a hot tub and a pool that we tried to enjoy everyday. The club house which is equipped with various games (pool tables, air hockeys,…) was very fun and convenient to use. In addition, we really love the snacks they offer and also the pastries available at the front desk in the morning. The location could not be more convenient with a gas station right nearby and breakfast restaurant right across the street. Overall, really wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend to check this out if you are in town!

Great communication from the team/front desk. The rooms are HUGE--especially given the price. I worked a bit out of the living room, which was great, and the bed was comfy--and the room dark when you pulled the curtains--so the sleep was solid. I love that the bathroom had a separate outside sink away from the shower and toilet--amenities were included, too.I didn't make use of the kitchen outside of the big refrigerator, but I appreciated that there were yummy snacks that greeted me. I never turned on the TV but it was large and the pool looked fantastic with a lot of people having a great time around it--though I never noticed any of the sound in my own unit. Perhaps most important to me is that it is SO close to so much great stuff in Tempe/Scottsdale.The next time I head to PHX, my plan is to look at coming here for a week rather than just a few days b/c it will be an incredible home and homebase...feels so much like a really clean and modern AirBnb.10/10
