My son has autism , sometimes will scream and cry loudly….and as I told the manager this , she was very nice and understanding to us if any complaints were filed.I give only 4 stars because it was hard to get housekeeping to come and clean our room during our 5 night stay. We finally received housekeeping until our very last night. But housekeeping were nice and let my husband and I borrow their broom to do a sweep and replaced our towels for us. Also , if you get a room by the side entrance … be ready to hear it slamming a lot. They do have a sign stating to close it quietly but no one follows through unfortunately so it will wake up if your in a room next to it.

We were very pleasantly surprised how clean the area is right down to crystal clean windows with a pool view.
